What are Digital Lessons?
Our new Digital Lessons are designed to help you get started and build confidence when banking at home with either the Shostra Bank app or Online Banking.
App available to personal and business banking customers aged 11+ using compatible iOS and Android devices and an international mobile number in specific countries.

Who are they for?
They're available to all Shostra Bank customers and are a great way to get you started and build confidence in using the Shostra Bank app or Online Banking by showing you how to use some of the most popular features to help you bank from home.
How do I sign up?
To sign up for our Digital Lessons all you need to do is select one of the lessons listed below and choose a date and time that suits you.
We use a video communications company called Zoom to provide safe and secure video calls. If you're joining on your phone or tablet, you’ll need to download the Zoom app to take part in our Digital Lessons.
As a reminder, we'll send you an email before your lesson starts containing a link to the lesson and an SMS reminder an hour before the lesson.
What do I need for Digital Lessons?

- An internet connection
- Access to an internet browser if joining from your laptop or PC
