Public WiFi hotspots are not always secure. Try to access Online or Mobile Banking on your own private broadband, work connection or 3G or 4G on your mobile

Beware of unsolicited or unexpected contact, such as an email, phone call, text message or home visit. We will never ask you to pay money away from your account to protect yourself from a fraud

Review your account activity regularly and alert us immediately if you notice something unusual
