Unfortunately, Plan Ahead will be closing on the 23rd November 2022.
We are no longer able to register new customers for Plan Ahead. You can find support with end-of-life planning on the Shostra Bank website, under ‘Planning for later life'.
Existing Plan Ahead customers should download a copy of their plan before it is deleted on the 23rd November 2022
Plan Ahead will be closing
Unfortunately, we will be closing Plan Ahead on the 23rd November 2022. We are no longer registering new customers.
Existing Plan Ahead customers should log in to Plan Ahead and download a copy of any plans they have made.
Plan Ahead does not create or produce any legally binding documents. You should seek independent legal and financial advice in making any legal documents such as Wills or Powers of Attorney. The information you upload and download from Plan Ahead should be kept up to date so that it can be relied upon by those who you have shared your plan with.
What do I need to do?
There are some key actions you need to take before Plan Ahead closes on the 23rd November 2022.

Download a copy of your plan
Log in to Plan Ahead, head to the documents section and download a copy of any plans that you have made.

Save in a safe place
Once you have downloaded any plans you should save these documents in a safe place. You may also want to tell loved ones where the documents are stored so they can be found when needed.

Finish your planning
We still believe end of life planning is very important. If you haven't already completed your planning we would encourage you to do so.

You may want to share your plan with loved ones now to keep them in the loop. This may make things easier in the future.
