Don't fret just yet. The payment you've made might be genuine.

Sometimes businesses you pay may use different trading names. For example something purchased from Burton or TopShop, may appear as ‘Arcadia Group‘ on your statement. A quick internet search can help. Or, you can use our list below.

Did you know

you can log onto your Online Banking and ask Cora for more information about a debit or credit transaction you don't recognise? Simply tell Cora you don't recognise a transaction and she will ask you to copy and paste the full name of the retailer from your account into the chat window.

If the payment is still a bit of a puzzle

Double check the payment as much as you can. If it's a joint account, also have a chat with the other account holder as they may know more.

If you still think the transaction is suspicious and may be fraudulent, please get in touch to report it.
