European travel insurance for Silver account holders
What's included?
Love to travel? Whether you’re hitting the slopes or the sunshine, we’ve got you covered.
You’re covered for 22 days per trip for European travel (including winter sports).
It includes emergency medical expenses, cancellations, baggage and more.
Things to remember
Only you and any joint current account holders will be covered.
If you or your joint account holder are aged 70 or over, you’ll need to get in touch with us each year to get your cover, where there will be a £75 annual premium per person.
If you need emergency assistance whilst abroad call us on: 0345 601 5219 or +44 1252 308 792. Lines are open 24/7, 365 days a year. Charges may apply. Calls may be recorded.
Pre-existing medical conditions
Pre-existing medical conditions won’t be covered. To find out if you can extend your travel insurance to include cover for any new or existing medical conditions please sign in and complete the online form. You may have to pay extra for this or you may find that your condition cannot be covered.
If our insurers U K Insurance Limited (UKI) are unable to offer you an upgrade to extend the level of cover you need, or your upgrade insurance premium is higher than you expected because you have medical conditions, help could still be available.
UKI have been working with the Financial Conduct Authority and the Money and Pensions Service to create a directory that you can search when UKI are unable to help.
