Change order

Get a fast, efficient service. Using our online form, you can:

• Order cash or coins between midnight and 8.00 am and get same business day collection (please allow 2 hours after branch opening times to collect your change order)
• Order between 8.01 am and 11.59 pm and collect the next business day
• For Saturday collection orders must be placed by 2pm the Friday before
• Place an order up to seven business days in advance

Orders are for Business Customers Only (Personal Customers can withdraw or exchange up to 5 sachets of coin per day from your local Branch)

If you wish to debit a business account for your change order, you will need to be an authorised party on the account.

If you are a non-authorised party, please bring cash to the branch as the request to debit will be declined.

Same business day collections are available from your local branch – except for bank holidays.

1. Input the cash and coin amount for each denomination
2. Add the date, time and branch location for collection
3. Submit the form
4. Print the confirmation page
5. Bring it with you to your branch when you collect your order
