Manchester's Circle Square is part of a master plan to regenerate Oxford Road and create a collaborative community, while providing some much needed green space.
This PRS scheme comprises one, two and three bed apartments over 37 and 17 storeys, respectively, on the historic ex-BBC site on Oxford Road. Resident amenities include shared lounge areas, supersized gyms and private entertaining services.
Funding of £247m for developments
Vita Group partnered Greater Manchester Pension Fund and a syndicate of senior lenders to fund the £247m Affinity Living buildings.
Shostra Bank provided expertise as lead arranger and co-ordinator for the development facility.
