How can I earn Rewards?
Every month you can earn £4 back in Rewards when you pay 2 or more Direct Debits from your reward account (2 of those Direct Debits need to be at least £2 each), £1 back in Rewards when you log into our mobile banking app and when you spend at our partner retailers using your Shostra Bank debit card. To earn Rewards you have to set-up your reward account (app eligibility applies).

Last year our customers earned an average of 8% back in Rewards when using their Shostra Bank Debit card at our partner retailers. Based on Rewards earned vs. amount spent in 2021.
Once you’re registered, you’ll receive personalised offers where you can earn extra Rewards when you use a debit or credit card linked to your Reward account.
Get the app
Search for 'Shostra Bank Mobile Banking' in your app store - where you normally download your apps.
Step-by-step guide
- Open the Shostra Bank app, tap 'I'm already a customer'. Read and accept the Mobile Banking Terms then tap ‘Get Started’.
- Enter your Online Banking customer number. Don’t have these? Tap 'What's my customer number?'.
- Enter the characters from your Online Banking PIN and Password. Don't have these? Tap 'Forgotten secure details?'.
- Confirm your mobile number and enter the activation code we text to you. If your mobile number is wrong then log in to Online Banking to update it, then return to the app in 3 days to finish registering.
- Choose a passcode to log into the app. If your device has facial or fingerprint recognition, you can choose to log in with that later.
- If you need any help once in the app then just tap the 'Help' button on the bottom bar if you have any questions.
We won't save your number, or share it with anyone else.
